It has been 2 years since I have posted. I want this blog to be a place I can share health and wellness information along with recipes and tidbits from my life! as a mother of a 15 year old boy and a 12 year old girl and wife that just celebrated her 20 year anniversary with the love of my life. I love cooking and I am always trying new recipes for my family. Nutrition advice is plentiful every where you look, and seemingly ever changing. Chicken Ceasar Salad Burrito This is a quick and easy weeknight meal your whole family will like. First you need to grill chicken breasts. I do this on my inside stovetop griddle. Second you need Ceasar Salad. You can buy the bag of ready to go caesar salad, or as in my case use fresh romaine lettuce with a bottled Ceasar Dressing with your favorite croutons. I used white flour tortillas from Trader Joes, (my family prefers them to the whole wheat), use what your family likes. Layer the Ceasar Salad in the tortilla, top with sliced chicken breast. Roll the tortilla around the salad and chicken. Enjoy! My daughter calls these green burritos.
