What you say is true. As you suggest I mix extra virgin olive oil with oatmeal and add more afterwards. I use it rather like I would milk. I have noticed an immediate improvement in a very short time with breathing and blood circulation. I wish I had started this years ago.

It's whats for dinner tonight!

Chicken Ceasar Salad Burrito This is a quick and easy weeknight meal your whole family will like. First you need to grill chicken breasts. I do this on my inside stovetop griddle. Second you need Ceasar Salad. You can buy the bag of ready to go caesar salad, or as in my case use fresh romaine lettuce with a bottled Ceasar Dressing with your favorite croutons. I used white flour tortillas from Trader Joes, (my family prefers them to the whole wheat), use what your family likes. Layer the Ceasar Salad in the tortilla, top with sliced chicken breast. Roll the tortilla around the salad and chicken. Enjoy! My daughter calls these green burritos.

As clients of Functionetiks you all have a designated time each day that you work on your function. Your individualized menu. This is amazing and makes everything you do for the rest of the day a bit more functional. How functional can you be if you spend the majority of the day sitting? It wasn't long ago in our history of humans that our survival was determined by our ability to move. As humans we are designed to move; we can walk, run, jump, climb, carry heavy objects etc... In the past we did not have to think about it movement was built into our day. Today our modern life dictates that we sit. So I challenge you to change that, think of ways to increase movement throughout the day.  Stand up when you are working on your computer (stand on both feet with weight equal) Sit down on t...
