Spring is here and a beautiful spring it is. It is time to get outside and enjoy our bodies and the weather. Chipotle Edamame Recipe This is a quick and delicious way to spruce up that bag of frozen edamame in your freezer. Ingredients 1 bag of frozen edamame,( i used shelled, but you could also use them unshelled) 2-3 chipotle peppers from the can (chopped) 3 garlic cloves minced 1 Tablespoon of olive oil Directions If using edamame in the shell cook it first, if using shelled place the frozen edamame in a large skillet with the olive oil. Cook over medium heat. Add the chipotle peppers and some of the liquid of the peppers, depending on how spicy you like it. Add chopped garlic and continue to stir until done.
